My professional journey combines real plant operating experience, process metallurgy, troubleshooting, safety, quality improvement and technical training. My objective is to transfer practical steelmaking knowledge to engineers, operators and young metallurgists through structured, experience-based learning.

I strongly believe that steelmaking cannot be mastered only through textbooks. Understanding actual plant behaviour, abnormal conditions, equipment limitations, process interactions and decision-making on the shop floor is equally important.
